Broccoli rabe and dried tomato are the basic ingredients of this dehydrated meal.
Prepared with 100 % natural ingredients, this meal will allow you to prepare a great, tasty and perfectly cooked first course in about 10 minutes without the need for anything other than hot water.
The convenient extra-large packet will not only allow for quick and easy preparation without messing anything up but, thanks to the airtight zipper, you can divide your meal into several portions or simply continue on your way while it rehydrates in a backpack pocket.
The graduated scale inside the packet will allow you to dose the water directly as you pour, and once you've consumed your gourmet meal, you can fold up the pack to take it with you and toss it into the appropriate containers without any problem.

PREPARATION:
1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber and the small plastic bag of extra virgin olive oil.
2) Pour 250 ml of boiling water into the packet (fill up to level 4 of the graduation printed inside it). (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)
3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)
4) Add some more water, if necessary.
5) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 83.5 %, broccoli rabe 7.5 %, vegetable broth (salt, corn soy protein vegetable broth extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato), corn seed oil), tomato, extra virgin olive oil, celery, garlic, carrot, onion, black pepper. It may contain traces of other cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
