Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by carriers designated by Sudalimenta S.r.l., in any case, the goods travel at the risk of the buyer.In the event of theft/partial loss or damage to the goods during transport, the recipient must immediately report the incident to the carrier and have it noted on the transport document by their own hand, as specifically indicated in the section GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS in the paragraph RISK AND OWNERSHIP.In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Sudalimenta S.r.l. will not be in any way responsible for the loss and/or damage to the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier indicated at its warehouses.The delivery time, purely indicative, is about 1 working day from the date the order is ready for shipping (2 working days for the islands); it may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general, or due to the actions of the authorities.
