The La Venta team organizes speleo-geographic exploratory expeditions in remote and inaccessible areas, pushing into the depths of the Earth, where there are still territories to be discovered.
In addition to exploration, La Venta promotes scientific and popular documentation , collaborating with institutions and producing high-level content recognized internationally.
Their research integrates geography, archaeology, anthropology and environmental conservation.
Daniel Verdecchia
Daniele Verdecchia is an outdoor enthusiast who lives through sports: from snowboarding and mountaineering to trekking and climbing, without forgetting his long-standing passions such as surfing, snowboarding and longboard skating.
He is a community promoter, organizer of events dedicated to the world of mountains and skateboarding, as well as a CAI snowboard mountaineering instructor.
He travels primarily between Lazio and Abruzzo aboard his trusty "GustaVAN." His philosophy is to talk about outdoor sports and share the same thrills of his adventures with his followers.
Alex Bellini
An explorer and environmental communicator , over the last twenty years he has accomplished some of the most extreme feats in the world: he has rowed alone across the Atlantic and Pacific, walked for over 5,000 km on glaciers, deserts and Arctic territories, and navigated along the most polluted rivers on the planet.
Its mission is clear and powerful: to unite storytelling and experience to inspire profound change in our relationship with the environment.
Thomas Lamantia
Tommaso Lamantia is a freelance designer and photographer with international experience that allows him to combine work with his passion for mountaineering. Born on Lake Maggiore, he practices various disciplines such as climbing, ski mountaineering, canyoning and paragliding. He has climbed in places such as Pakistan, South America, the Alps and Africa, taking part in expeditions and opening new routes. He is an Academician of the CAI and operator of the CNSAS, always looking for mountaineering challenges away from the masses.
Medical Pirates: High Altitude Medical Explorers
The Medical Pitares are a group of young doctors and researchers specialized in emergency and mountain medicine, united by their passion for exploration in extreme environments. Emergency doctors, residents and mountain rescue technicians who bring science to the highest peaks in the world.
Their mission is to study high-altitude pathologies, particularly mountain sickness and its serious complications, such as cerebral and pulmonary edema.
They have set up high-altitude laboratories on Mont Blanc and Aconcagua, testing new protocols with CPAP masks and expiratory resistance devices, which rapidly improve oxygen saturation and alleviate symptoms.
Their research, presented at international conferences and in publication, represents a step forward for safety in the mountains. The expedition on Aconcagua ended with a donation of emergency medicines to the local community.
