Porridge (oatmeal) with raisins and almonds
The oatmeal with raisins and almonds contains a good dose of carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and vitamins. The raisins and almonds help give a feeling of satiety and provide a good dose of healthy fats.
Outfood oatmeal is super easy to prepare and tastes delicious. All you need to do is add boiling water or milk to the packet and stir to get a tasty, healthy and really nutritious breakfast.
You can also add fresh fruit, honey or maple syrup, as well as spices such as cinnamon or vanilla and you can also consume it either hot or cold.
PREPARATION:
1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber.
2) Pour 180 ml of boiling water or milk into the packet (fill up to level 2 of the graduation printed inside it). (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)
3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)
4) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS: oats 65%, vanilla sugar, raisins 12.5%, almonds 8.5%, cinnamon. It may contain traces of other cereals including gluten, celery, soy, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.
