The mashed potato with porcini mushrooms and bacon will make a great one-pot meal for your days outdoors.

Ready in just a few minutes with only the addition of boiling water (or milk) right in the packet.

Rich in carbohydrates, the mashed potato with porcini mushrooms and bacon is not only delicious but makes an optimal lunch to quickly restore your energy and continue your day at the top of your game.

PREPARATION:

1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber and the small plastic bag of extra virgin olive oil.

2) Pour 300 ml of boiling water into the packet (fill up to level 4,5 of the graduation printed inside it).  (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)

3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)

4) Add some more water, if necessary.

5) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!

INGREDIENTS: potato flakes 42.5%, granulated soybeans, bacon 10%, tomato, broth (salt, soybean and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): corn seed oil), onion, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 3.3%, extra virgin olive oil, parsley. It may contain traces of: gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate or chemical ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
