PREPARATION

1. In a non-stick pan or saucepan, bring 400 ml of water and 2 or more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the boil.
2. Pour the contents of the bag, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water if necessary.
3. Remove the lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes or more, until the water is almost completely absorbed and the sauce is creamy.
4. Season with salt and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
5. Let rest for 1 minute before serving.

Pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 82%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 5%, broth (salt, soy and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, potato, tomato), corn oil), rice flour, garlic, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, leek, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper. May contain traces of: other cereals containing gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. Contains no added glutamate or animal by-products.
