The recipe for “Puttanesca” is often revisited depending on the ingredients we have in our pantry, but in any case, olives, tomato and chili pepper cannot be missing. A flavorful and slightly spicy recipe for lovers of strong flavors.

From now on, in all your adventures, you can count on a tasty and nutritious meal with all the energy of pasta and the flavor of Puttanesca sauce with olives, salt capers and that hint of spiciness that makes it unique.

A meal that is ready in 10 minutes, takes up zero space in your backpack, is extremely light in weight, and for the preparation of which you will soil absolutely nothing!

The measuring scale on the back of the package will allow you to dose the water even without a measuring cup.

Perfect for all occasions when the conveniences of a kitchen are not available.

PREPARATION:

1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber and the small plastic bag of extra virgin olive oil.

2) Pour 250 ml of boiling water into the packet (fill up to level 4 of the graduation printed inside it). (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)

3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)

4) Add some more water, if necessary.

5) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!

INGREDIENTS: pasta (durum wheat semolina, water) 77%, tomato 6.5%, broth (salt, soybean and corn protein extract for broth, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, parsley, celery, tomato): corn seed oil), potato flakes, onion, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, olives 0.8%, capers 0.8%, chili pepper, parsley, black pepper. It may contain traces of other cereals including gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, mustard, tuna, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives. 

Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
