This vegan stew with Non-GMO soy chunks, porcini mushrooms and potatoes is a practical, quick and tasty solution for preparing a delicious vegan dinner.

It is a 100% natural ready-to-cook dish with no added fat that can be prepared in minutes in one pot or in the microwave, making it perfect even in the office.

The packet contains all the necessary ingredients, you just need to follow the easy instructions to prepare a mouth-watering dish!

Soy is a source of plant protein that provides all the essential nutrients our bodies need, while porcini mushrooms and potatoes make the dish rich in flavor and fiber.

PREPARATION:

1) Open the packet and remove the oxygen absorber and the small plastic bag of extra virgin olive oil.

2) Pour 250 ml of boiling water into the packet (fill up to level 4 of the graduation printed inside it). (WARNING: THE PACKET WILL BE BOILING HOT!)

3) Blend the ingredients, close the packet and let it rest for 10 minutes. (WARNING: DO NOT SHAKE THE PACKET, IT MAY OPEN!)

4) Add some more water, if necessary.

5) Cut the packet below the ziplock, mix all the ingredients and enjoy your meal!

INGREDIENTS: soy (textured soybean flour) 54.5%, potato flakes 29%, broth (iodized salt: 45.8%, soy and corn protein extract for broth 29%, dehydrated vegetables in varying percentages (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, potato, tomato): 19%, corn seed oil), porcini mushrooms 4.8%, tomato, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary. It may contain traces of gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, tuna. mustard, cuttlefish, eggs. No added glutamate, chemical ingredients or animal derivatives.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources.
